Platform base fee

Convocore charges a platform fee of 20 credits per minute ($0.020/min) on every call, in addition to provider rates. This covers infrastructure, realtime routing, monitoring, and platform features.
The platform fee is the same across all plans that include voice. Your subscription tier determines how many concurrent calls and Twilio number slots you get — see Concurrency limits below.

Realtime speech-to-speech

All-in-one realtime models replace separate STT + TTS (+ often the LLM) with a single per-minute rate, still plus the platform fee. Gemini Live example (no telephony): 0.010provider+0.010 provider + 0.020 platform = 0.030/min∗∗(0.030/min** (3 per 100 minutes).
With Twilio estimate: add ~0.015/min→∗∗ 0.015/min → **~0.045/min.

The Voice add-on unlocks voice features; it does not add call lines or number slots. Add those separately if your plan’s included capacity is 0.

Bring your own API keys

You currently cannot use your own API keys for STT/TTS/STS voice providers. BYOK for voice providers is not available yet.
You can bring your own LLM API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and more), which can cut LLM credit burn dramatically. On v2-2026, BYOK + premium (Tier 1) models are included on Business+, or via the BYOK + premium models add-on ($20/mo).
