Convocore charges a platform fee of 3 cents per minute ($0.03/min) in addition to the provider’s costs. This covers:- Infrastructure and hosting
- Real-time processing and routing
- Monitoring and analytics
- Support and maintenance
- Platform features and integrations
The platform fee is the same across all plans. Your subscription tier determines how many concurrent calls you can handle and what features you have access to.
