Grandfathered plans (pre–August 2026)

If your workspace was on any older plan before August 2026 — classic Pay as you go, legacy, managed, or other pre-v2 catalogs — you are fully grandfathered:

• All features stay unlocked (channels, voice, API, crawler, agency tools, etc. — same as before)
• You are not migrated onto the v2-2026 ladder
• Existing Stripe prices, add-ons, and billing for your cohort stay as before
• The new Starter → Elite limits and capability gates apply only to new / never-paid workspaces

You only see the new plan ladder if you are a new user (or you later choose a v2 plan through an intentional upgrade path).

Managing your subscription

1. Log in → Billing (bottom left)
2. Open Plans (or Change plan)
3. Choose monthly or annual
4. Confirm checkout (card / wallet) or confirm in-app change if you already have a payment method

Upgrades and many plan changes are prorated; you’ll see a preview before confirming.

Credits & overages

• Included monthly credits come with your paid plan (or Free’s one-time trial).
• Pro+ can purchase overage / top-up credits from Billing when you need more.
• Hitting credit (or message) limits can lock AI usage for the period until the next cycle or a top-up — watch the quota banner in the app.

Payment methods & invoices

• Add or update cards in Billing → Billing details
• Download invoices from Billing → Invoices
• Business tax / company fields are optional on the billing forms where shown

Auto-billing / renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each cycle while a valid payment method is on file.

• To cancel or change renewal, use Billing → Current plan (or the Stripe customer portal link if shown)
• Agency auto-billing for clients (Stripe Connect) requires White Label Elite (or the SaaS-mode entitlement), not standard White Label
