Convocore accepts two Voiceflow credentials. Paste either one into the Voiceflow API key field. The import wizard only uses the credential to read the project. It is not stored.

Personal access token

  1. Open Voiceflow Creator.
  2. Go to Settings → Access tokens.
  3. Create a personal access token and copy it immediately. It starts with vfp_ and is shown once.
A personal token acts as your Voiceflow user. It is not limited to one project, so Convocore also needs the Project ID.

Project ID vs Version ID

Copy Project ID from the project Settings → General → Metadata. Do not copy the id from the creator URL (creator.voiceflow.com/project/<id>/...). That value is the Version ID.

Environment alias

Knowledge base

A vfp_... token can list knowledge-base documents only on a project that has Environments. Canvas projects without Environments still show folders in Creator, but Voiceflow’s API does not return the files. In that case:
  • Import the agent with a VF.DM... project API key, or
  • Enable Environments on the Voiceflow project, then import again with the personal token, or
  • Add the documents manually in Convocore.
See Voiceflow overview for the rest of the integration.
